Banana Cake

at dad's request...

Ingredients:
230g butter
200g sugar
5 eggs
230g self-raising flour
300g bananas (mashed)
2 tsp baking powder

Method:
1) Beat butter with sugar for about 10 mins then add in egg one at a time. Beat well.
2) Sieve flour with baking powder.
3) Add the mashed banana into the butter mixture then fold in the flour.
4) Bake in the oven at 180C for 45 mins or until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
